How can I confirm an agreement discussed by phone or in person?

Ask for clarification when you are unsure about exact wording. Do not replace an existing order reference with an invented identifier.

How can I ask for product information in a format I can use?

Explain which product option the request concerns. Avoid deciding from an illustration you cannot interpret reliably.

How can I tell whether a published answer applies to my product option?

Check whether a quoted measurement or amount uses the relevant basis. Do not assume a positive answer covers unspecified accessories or services.
